"We Space" Winter @ Seattle | Washington | United States

6-Session Series | Alternate Mondays | February 20 – May 1, 2017  6:45-8:45PM

Please join us in discovering new capacities and intelligences within ourselves as we practice in the “We Space”. This experiential self-discovery series is designed to encourage you to encounter your hidden capacities and awareness.  Register here.

We meet every other Monday for 6 sessions, each session building upon what we’ve discovered in the prior. Together we create a comfortable and safe environment of new and seasoned explorers, discovering collectively.

Last winter, we explored our early developmental environments through precise tuning in, deep listening and reflection. This allowed us to bring more awareness to how these environments and resulting structures influence our life today, and created an invitation for us to open to more possibilities. This past fall we worked with authority, and our different lenses on authority.

This winter we’ll explore our capacities to be with what is happening in our world. Working with where we turn away and where we can stay present, stay connected, in a deep way, to what is happening. We’ll deepen our capacities to stay and explore where it is currently too difficult, and take a look at what stands between us and our ability to be present and grounded in the face of current challenges. This group will be growth support for each of us as we navigate this new territory – territory we’ve seen from afar that is now here at home.  Our ability to be and stay present makes a difference.  Our presence with each other strengthens all of us.

Listen to this audio about why practicing in a group helps us to grow and expand.

Please join us in this practice group, and if you’ve not joined us in the past, please attend the open session on February 13th. These sessions are deep, informative and fun!

Plan to attend at least 4 of the 6 sessions in this series, in order to maintain the continuity of the group.

NOTE: Sometimes, in their delight, people want to bring friends or colleagues to a series that is already in progress, following an urge to share. Please bring new folks to the OPEN sessions between each series, and help us maintain the cohesiveness of the ongoing group.
